No outside food or beverages are permitted at any private event. All food is catered exclusively by our professional in-house staff — no exceptions. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are purchased and served exclusively by our venue team. Package deals are available and can be tailored to your event; contact us to discuss options.

Additional Rental Policies
- Premium days (Thursday – Saturday) are $300/hour with a 10-hour minimum.
- Non-premium days (Sunday – Wednesday) are $175/hour with a 3-hour minimum and a $250 cleaning fee.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted — all food and drinks are provided exclusively by our professional in-house staff.

- A signed Venue Rental Agreement is required to reserve an event date.
- Rental fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.
- All damages caused by the Client, guests, or vendors are the responsibility of the Client.
- Additional cleaning, trash removal, or overtime charges may be assessed if necessary.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice unless a signed agreement has been executed.

We partner with local chefs, restaurants, food trucks, and culinary entrepreneurs to offer exclusive pop-up dining experiences.
Venue Fee
$2,000 venue rental fee — 24-hour exclusive patio access
Food Sales Split
Vendors receive 80% of all food sales. The venue retains 20% to cover processing, staffing, marketing, and facility use.
Our venue exclusively manages all alcohol service and retains 100% of alcohol sales.

Vendor Requirements
- Maintain all required business licenses and health department approvals
